Lorana was honored to paint and exhibit her new painting "The Great Teacher" on the driving range during the opening of the 16th Annual Scramble For Autism Golf Tournament on May 10, 2019. The tournament was held at Indian Wells Country Club and the generous participants filled both the Classic and Cove Courses. The dinner following the scramble was a great success and Lorana was delighted to create this painting for the live auction.
The mixed medium painting features puzzle pieces and molding paste to create a 3-D effect. The silver and gold tree is symbolic of the children that really teach their families, therapists and friends valuable life lessons about love, perseverance, and creativity.
